We provide a comprehensive range of services to the Power Sector, Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, and other industries, with a strong commitment to delivering timely, cost-effective, and efficient solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
Our services cover the construction of Thermal Power Plants, Oil and Gas projects and associated infrastructure, provision of operation and maintenance solutions, construction, procurement of engineering equipment and spare parts as well as bespoke engineering consultancy services.
We also specialize in structural steel works, general fabrication and welding works, general plant and equipment installation and commissioning, electrical and instrumentation works, asset integrity management, steel pipe fabrication, welding and installation, HDPE pipe fusion, welding and installation, PVC piping works, HVAC equipment design, installation, and servicing.
Other specialized services such as Safety Audits, Environmental Impacts Assessment and Risk Analyses are also part of our portfolio services.

Kelkon Engineering and Construction Limited is fully committed to executing all its business activities in a responsible and sustainable manner, which guarantees the health and safety of people, preservation of the environment, quality of products and services while complying with the requirements of all relevant health, safety, environmental and quality laws, regulations, standards and best practices.
To attain the above commitment, our company will implement an integrated health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) management system foundational on:
- Demonstrating and promoting management’s acknowledgement of its responsibilities and commitment to preventing injury and/or ill health to our personnel, preventing pollution of the environment and delivering of quality products and services.
- Ensuring a proactive management approach through active participation, visible commitment and involvement of line management and employees.
- Developing and maintaining a system of identifying, evaluating, mitigating, documenting, and monitoring of HSEQ risks in our operations to ensure continual improvement in HSEQ performance and compliance with the ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards, industry codes of practice, laws and regulations in countries where we will operate.
- Providing sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to all our personnel at various levels as well as our clients, partners, suppliers and subcontractors to promote an effective and proactive HSEQ culture within the organization.
- Promoting employee ownership of the HSEQ policy via constant consultation, as well as empowering and supporting personnel, suppliers and subcontractors as key stakeholders of the policy.
- Maintaining alertness and readiness of the firm to prevent and/or respond to and manage all HSEQ incidents and emergencies effectively.
